WildSeeker members can request that WildSeeker monitor Featured Trips and/or Special Deals offered by participating outfitters for them at no charge via the Featured Trips/Special Deals WildSeeker service. For the Featured Trips/Special Deals service, WildSeeker will require that you enter any one of a number of fields including where you want to go (region or country), the month, day and year for when you want to leave, your flexibility with your departure dates (defaults to 'Very Flexible'), the trip activity that you are interested in (defaults to 'All Activities'), and the cancellation period for the Featured Trips/Special Deals service (defaults to 'Never'). WildSeeker will respond to your Featured Trips/Special Deals Request with periodic e-mail messages to your WildSeeker e-mail address. You may, at any time, decline to receive these e-mail updates by replying to any e-mail with 'REMOVE' in the subject line. Use of this service is completely voluntary and you, therefore, have a choice whether or not to use the Featured Trips/Special Deals Request and disclose the necessary information.

When you register to become a WildSeeker member, you may also elect to provide us with information such as your address, city, state, preferred phone number, travel activities of interest to you and places to which you would like to travel. This information is used to allow you to receive mailings from WildSeeker, or to be contacted as requested. Additionally, the interest information allows us to further personalize your WildSeeker experience, to customize the content of our site and e-mail messages to meet your specific needs, and to make product improvements to WildSeeker. We may also use this data in aggregate to generate market research and reports. You can also revise these details of your WildSeeker membership registration information at any time by signing in to WildSeeker using your e-mail address and password and going to your Profile page.

As a WildSeeker member, you may choose to occasionally receive e-mail updates from us, our partners, or third party affiliated entities, including newsletters, special offers we think you will find valuable, important changes to the functionality of the Web site, and new WildSeeker services. These e-mail updates and offers may be sent or personalized based on information you provided in WildSeeker membership transactions, in surveys, and from information provided that may indicate purchasing preferences and lifestyle. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, phone number, or e-mail address so that we can administer the contest and notify winners. Additionally, you may be able to choose whether you would like to receive further communications from WildSeeker. Participation in these contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.

We value opinions and comments from WildSeeker members, and you may have the opportunity to give us your feedback through online surveys. In conducting these surveys, we may ask for your name, address, or e-mail address so that we can appropriately identify you. Survey information collected will be aggregated and used to make improvements to the site and to improve WildSeeker service and general offerings. WildSeeker members can choose to contact an outfitter by email directly from the WildSeeker site. When you elect to do this, you will be required to enter your e-mail address and text of the message that will go to the outfitter. This will generate a preformatted e-mail message that will go from you to the outfitter's e-mail box with your message embedded in the text of the e-mail. Contacting an outfitter is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.

This Web site contains links to other partner, outfitter, and online travel related resource sites. Please be aware that WildSeeker is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. All information you provide to WildSeeker on-line is stored the secure database of an Internet Host of WildSeeker's choosing. WildSeeker will make efforts to ensure the database is secure, but cannot guarantee the database security of its selected Internet Host. We also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. Access to all of our users' information is restricted to our offices.
